Late payment Policy
Payment Terms
Payment is due on the day of service when paying with personal check or cash. For electronic payments, the total amount must be received within 5 days after the scheduled service. If full payment is not received within this time frame a late payment fee of $25.00 will be added to the invoice. If payment is not received 15 days after the past due date, service will be suspended until payment is received.

Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Why do we charge a late cancellation/rescheduling fee?
Because we reserve an specific time for your home to get the best cleaning service possible, and to accommodate all of our customers who might be waiting for a spot, R&S Professional House Cleaning asks for at least 48 hours (excluding weekends) before your scheduled service to avoid incurring a late cancellation fees.
Late cancellation policy
If a cleaning appointment is canceled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the cleaning crew is unable to enter the house, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged on your next bill for all recurring service appointments.
For One-time cleaning appointments, R&S Professional House Cleaning reserves the right to keep your non-refundable deposit.
Late rescheduling policy
Late scheduling changes due to unexpected circumstances not under your control will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
The R&S Professional House Cleaning team very flexible when it comes to rescheduling recurring cleaning appointments. We do ask for at least 48 hours (excluding weekends before your scheduled service to avoid incurring in the late rescheduling fee of $25.00
