Initial, Deep Cleaning
To ensure a high standard of ongoing service, all new clients are required to begin with a one-time initial deep cleaning. This prepares your home for consistent maintenance through either of our packages. If a client chooses to opt out of the initial deep cleaning they must:
-Commit to a minimum 4-month service agreement
-Schedule regular cleanings (every 2 or 4 weeks)
-Keep a valid credit or debit card on file for automatic billing
Home preparation
To help us provide the most efficient and effective cleaning service, it’s very helpful to tidy up personal items, toys, dishes, laundry and clutter prior to our arrival.
This allows our team to:
-Focus on deep cleaning tasks rather than organizing, although our professionals will always do their best to make your home look organized.
